Does milk go through the tubing?
No, this is a closed-loop system, which prevents milk from entering the tubing.

How do I troubleshoot an E3 error?
First, try resetting the pump unit. If the error persists, it may indicate an issue with the battery/PCB or operating temperature; please contact customer support if it continues.

Does it have a Nappi Code?
Yes, it has a Nappi code, but you must purchase the pump from a registered lactation consultant to be eligible to claim it from your medical aid.

What size are the flanges?
The pump comes with standard flanges. Other sizes (21mm, 25mm, and 29mm) are available for separate purchase if needed.
